Payment Terms and Late Fees Policy
Payment Due Date
All invoices are due for payment within 3 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Fees
If payment is not received by the due date, the following late fees will apply:
-Daily Late Fee: A daily charge of 0.3% of the overdue amount will accrue from the day after the due date until payment is received in full.
-Administration Fee: A one-time late payment administration fee of £35 will be charged to cover the costs of managing overdue payments.
Notification of Late Payment
Customers will be notified promptly of any overdue payments. If payment is not received within 7 days after the first reminder, the account may be referred for collection or legal recovery. Additional costs incurred during recovery will be charged to the customer.
Disputes
Any disputes regarding the invoice must be raised in writing within 24 hours of receipt. Disputed amounts do not exempt the undisputed portion from being paid by the due date.
Waiving of Late Fees
At the sole discretion of SNS Caravans & Leisure Homes, late fees and administration charges may be waived as a one-time goodwill gesture provided the customer communicates and resolves the overdue payment promptly.
Legal Action
In cases of continued non-payment, legal action may be pursued to recover the debt along with applicable fees, interest, and collection costs.
Ownership of Materials
Any materials provided or used during the course of work remain the property of SNS Caravans & Leisure Homes until the invoice is paid in full. If payment is not received in full, we reserve the right to reclaim these materials.
